I think i played it perfect, someone tell me they wouldnt put him on that hand at all! i had him on 1010, JJ,qq, kk or aa. Either way i feel theres nothing i coulda done.

he was on the button, so he could've been raising with a huge range, JT suited is well in that range.
In general, besides calling the flop, I think this is fine

flush vs flush your getting stacked pretty much 90% of the time unless they make it blatently obvious which is rare
