I think this is definitely a hand that should be 3bet if late positions but from an UTG raiser, yeah I would just flat this.

If 3bet behind that it's gonna be 3way and your hand is pretty good.

Yeah... vs *really* wide UTG it might be ok from later position potentially, but this looks way too thin.
