I would prefer to do this with some showdown value. When fish start donkbetting into you, I tend to assume they are going to call down until the river a high % of the time.

What rivers do you plan to bluff if any? The problem is a lot of fish will call the river with any two pair in this spot so bluffing seems -ev. If we can't really bluff rivers then just playing your draw for what it is seems the only way to go. I think you still get decent value even on a heart against a fish as long as you bet size properly.
