Blockers are overrated. Just because he is unlikely to have a boat doesn't mean he's ready to fold the nut flush in a 3-bet pot even if your line is credible. People really hate to fold anything once the pot is 3-bet pre. Trying to rep a boat here is also not credible simply because probably >90% of players will never 3-bet an utg raiser with playable QQxx-TTxx's since these hands hate to get 4-bet, though villian might not be aware of this.
i would immagine bet/shoving flop should be the highest EV play here ;-0
