probably don't open with this hand pre if fish is super stationy. Bet something like 8$ on flop because you're only going to fold out fish's hands that have nothing to do with that flop whatsoever. Turn is check fold since fish's range improves on that turn card and you are not folding out any fish hands that calls the flop. Checking is also way better than betting because fish tend to not bet their draws and if they do, they give you an excellent price to draw out on them anyways.
