Get it in on the flop. By playing the way you did you allow him to check turn and see a free card if he has a draw and doesn't hit it the first time. Besides, if he folds you instantly get money, which cannot be bad on such a flop.

Sounds bad unless villian is extremely aggressive.

Otherwise If you get it in you're almost certainly getting it in pretty crushed by his range. He will either have two pair, set or a decent draw which isn't far behind/tied with you.

Calling flop is fine against most opponents, then evaluate depending on the turn. You don't have to give him a free turn obv, as you can lead blank turn cards.

On this turn I'd just c/f as you are pretty much beating nothing anymore.
