This spot mostly depends on if you think he's going to do this with all his T+kicker type hands. A lot of people will just peel the flop rather than raise with 240 still behind in stacks. We need about 40% to get it in here and against a strong range of just wraps and 2p+ we have only 33% (we even only have 36% vs 875*) but include all T*** hands and our equity goes up to 48%.
This player looks loose at first glance, but he only raises 15% so I think we can heavily discount sets of 6's and 4's. I think the vast majority of the time we'll be up vs hands like pair+oe, wraps and 2p which we have about 36-40% against. I lean towards folding here but getting it in can't be too bad against an unknown.
