Thoughts on this bluff?

villain is 22/19 about 4% 3bet over a few hundred hand sample.

notes:
-has three bet me about 4-5 times from the bb after BTN steal
-tends to bet really big with strong hands
-tends to play very abc like

My intent was to flat flop cause his cbet didn't seem threatening with the plan of floating the turn.
On this river I feel I can reap a flush or a jack and make him fold out Ks.

you are at nl4 cause you call flop and turn, not because you bluff river or not!

river is meh.

if your intention was to double float to bluff river when checked to then you're pretty crazy.

actually i thought you flatted turn too. i guess bet turn/jam river isn't so bad if you have a good grasp of his ranges...but then again if he has a fairly wide/decent 3 betting range calling pf sucks.

Oh shit in my original post I meant to say I was planning on betting if checked to on the turn and likely folding if double barreled against on the turn. I said "floated" but I didn't intend to call a big turn bet.
