Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same

I think it was an interesting decision to raise on the flop instead of flat. When you check raise there did you have good indication that he would call or raise?

how doesn't he know you have the nuts, its hilarious to think you'd take this line with anything else.. well like.. why do you lead turn.. fffffffffffff maybe its genius idk

but then again I try to make it look like I don't have the nuts (ie like I have a bluff) and they always just fold and I get 0 value

fuck poker

it depends on your intentions on the hand, if you wanna win a big pot or even all his chips you can raise the flop, but if, on the other hand, you just wanna win a small pot, you can just call the flop

Browsing through your hand histories makes me wonder that you might not be aware these games are possibly play money. Have you ever tried to cash out? - Kapol

I agree with that. In a different sense, wouldn't being too aggressive here actually cost you money? We don't want villain to fold and being so aggressive on a dry flop may bring caution to villains mind. But the way he played it paid out perfectly so idk.

if he has a hand that will fold, what makes you think he is putting any more money in when you checkcall?
