In general (but depending on his 3 bet range) I would be hesitant to 4 bet this hand, yet alone call an instashove on the flop. I tend to play Js almost like Ts or any other middle pocket pair (7s,8s,9s). See the flop, if you miss it, don't commit too much. So I'd probably just flatcall his 3 bet and folded against the shove. Since you are in position, If he had checked on the flop I'd bet, but if he had raised me all-in or something similar, I'd fold. If he calls, reevaluate your hand on the turn.

I'm just at 2NL having only played 40k+ hands myself, so sorry if this is bad advice, I'm just sharing what I think I would have done.

Depends on position this is blind v blind shhould be wary of the limp re raise tho heh.. Only time I might not get in JJ in a 6max game is vs utg and mp or really nitty players, but I don't play holdem anymore.
