I had similar spot yesterday and I bet-folded. Felt gross. Probably not good to bet-fold since he might shove Top2 on turn..
I think best solution might be to check call flop or lead flop instead of this line, too much tricky spots on almost all turns. |

I don't like flop either. It's really hard to stack him often enough to compensate for this kinds of spots with the Kd in our hand. |
