his play doesn't seem that bad to me, he only needs 32% equity to call right? people makes more costly mistakes than this all the time.
edit: he has 29% equity vs JJ/AQ+ |

making breakeven calls isnt our goal in poker, even if the call is neutral ev I would rather fold then call (unless im playing a reg HU on multiple tables)
I think making neutrals EV plays in rush poker is -ev, cause metagame / positional history far less relevant |
