we are 120 deep ,the guy chraised/raised flop 3-4 times over 40 hands ... other than that i think he is a regular, so (on the worst case i have 2 outs ) ... ship or muck dat ??

If he had high cr% as you said, its ez ship here imo
Villain might think its not a board you can flop very well and cr fairly light

for pot control. it's not like we have a nut draw. our hand is likely to be the best, but it isn't a great spot if we get ch/raised, since we only have a 8 high flush draw beside the straight draw. i prefer checking and betting turn and river.
