28bbs too small -> thought this was good sizing? against one player i would make it about 12ish...

well you cant just think in terms of BBs, this is multiway and there is already 3bet and a call. I would make it atleast 22

Make it 16 here so the shorty can reship and you can still make a reraise(also 16 because you're 150bb deep with the reg?)

vs one player with 100bb eff i would make it 13.5

you can't raise 28% of effective stack preflop , it's dumb , you're almost commited with any two.
