If he is solid then this is pretty much never a bluff because he should know that he only reps 55, and he probably won't semi-bluff this turn card so you can just fold the turn. If he's a fish then this is a classic random spaz line and you can call expecting to usually be good. If he's stupid aggro and doesn't think about stuff then call.
