I CHECK CALL AND WIN VS 98 or 86
AAAAAAAWWWWW YEEEEEEAAAAAAA.jpg
no seriously he dosnt have 86s ever here, SB vs BB i could def see myself ch/calling a total brick riv, i just give up here tho, so many draws in my range missed on bricks (AJ AK KJ 89s etc), no way he is folding a T/bluffcatcher ever on megabrick
bluffing K A rivs and spades if i had J9dd |

I realize remaining stacks is around 400 on the river, but can you explain why you think gaybet/jamming yields an overall higher expectation than say, just potting it?
gaybet/jamming is typically only successful when he has better than a bluff catcher right? I feel like river is a relative brick that potting it will get a call more often (than the occurrence of getting raised), and you let a lot of hands off the hook when you gaybet.
Of course if this is completely player dependent, or he will raise air this way, then I understand as well, since I'm just approaching it in a vacuum. |

well if i have JJ or AT here i like to make a small VB
if i bomb it, 2 pair is likely to just call, and he might fold a hand like 67s or 99 or what ever, if i bet small he might turn the 99 type hand into a bluff and raise it up, all 2 pairs are gonna valueraise rather then just call, and some hands he might fold to a big bet might call a smaller bet
im not loseing any value to anything, i probably should make it more like 90$ or something i still rep a 1 pair type hand and he is probably gonna jamm the 2 pair instead of raiseing
he should fold his QT here obviously no one is never bluffing here, he is always beat but ppl dont like to fold 2 pair so it dosnt matter much
the main reason is, his strong hands, im not loseing any value by betting small, cuz its 2012 and people raise light for value so its fine, im jtus getting more money in against his strong hands, and i gain value from the hands that is gonna fold to a big bet, and im also giveing him the chance to turn a hand into a bluff cuz he cant really have air here at all, and im repping a hand like JT so if he dosnt have JT beat he might turn it into a bluff
very simple logic behind this bet |

yeah that makes sense, I guess I underestimated a reg's frequency to turn made hands into bluffs (haven't played online in so long ) |
