he gives you great odds and the runner flush is well disguised.
I just call without any history.

I agree, the odds he is giving you is fantastic for a call. It is wise to flat and see the river here in my opinion. Raising here is a bit tricky though. Unless you have a good hand history on him, flatting is a good answer. (imo)
^likewise, he'll either have a hand like KJs/66 or a hand with 2 diamonds most likely (like AJs/TJs/9Ts).
raise/calling means that you're most likely getting it in with the worst, while you're only folding out a small part / allowing him to play relatively perfect
