Yeah, I'm thinking shove preflop is best, but if called definitely shove flop. I played this terribly.

indeed.
preflop you represent only TT/JJ and some QQ wich is terrible.
(no one coldcall a 3bet OOP with AK AQ )
I prefer fold to call tbh (I don't fold tho )

and yeah it sucks because you're faceup.

The stack sizes aren't correct. Not sure why it's wrong.

But yeah i really thought fold was correct play, but I was stubborn. I think shove is good here, but I'm OOP and have no money in the hand, should just fold. I also agree with everything you say about turning my hand faceup, made me look at the hand logically, weird how you dont see the obvious until its pointed out to you heh.

shove > fold > call imo (I never fold unless IR and 3bettor are really nitty)
with 100bb stack 4bet call
