Use pokerstove (or some other software) to play with ranges and you'll see that against any reasonable range you'll easily have that. Even if he has 2 pairs, you still have a lot of outs. Against 89 for example you have 12 outs, A, Q, T and J. You should have a plan for your hand. If you don't want to get it in here, betting a pot on turn makes no sense.
