Posts 8649 hide results imo, deciding to flat looks a lot better if you know he's going to spazz flops like this but as a default i'd just 4-bet pre. also depends on how bad button is somewhat, but it's a standard squeeze spot for BB so he can get it in lighter for value (and if he can spazz flop he can certainly spazz pre if he has air).
