Isn't betting turn and planning to barrel good scare cards better?
You could bet 80-90ish and get hero'ed, will get raised by Tx now and then. The best thing about making a 3/4+ pot bet is that he might feel committed to call a shove if he raises.
You could go smaller and hope to get called by a wider range + more often get raised by Tx. Although our shove should get called less frequently.
You could go for an overbet. It's my least favourite option, will get called by less hands, and I think he'll flat Tx very close to 100% vs. an overbet.

agsint ursus im just betting 80 on this river. we can't trust him to raise Tx if we bet lets say 40 on the river. This guy really hates value.
