yeah i think i prefer a check. on the one hand, this flop doesn't look like people should be flopping sets or 2p here that often, but how often do you realistically think a cbet is going to take it down here? anything less than a pot sized bet means people are going to peel with their own Txxx's all of which are already ahead of us.

if we check, we can get away cheap if the action goes bet->raise, and sometimes it gets checked around and we can improve to 2p or combo straight+flushdraw on the turn.

I wouldn't 3-bet here preflop. Would rather just call and play for a flop that hits us pretty hard. It is very hard to isolate in this spot and play the hand heads up. We're 3-betting UTG, whose range is rather strong. So he is either calling, giving odds to the other 2 to call or he is 4-betting: both doesn't work out good for us. Our hand doesn't play good multiway. Problem with 3betting here imo is that we have to get it in light if we catch a piece and are often dominated (like it actually happened).

As played, yes, we have to bet, get it in. I would bet more to let them know they have no fold equity and tighten their get-it-in range.
