Like sure you can check sets on turn but it is not that expected, so you mostly wont get credit for boats on river imo, at least not without previous history of doing so. Plus the fact that they can have a boat there too and u cant make them fold a boat imo. Plus obviously some .5/1 people's thinking process is "zomg flush, I call!" there is a light at the end of the tunnel... (but sometimes the tunnel is long and deep as hell)
