I think this is pretty standard, I'd also say checking turn is a sub optimal play. This is near the absolute top of our range, its very easy for him to have QQ-KK, Jx with a diamond, AK, AQ, A2, A5, A3, A4, 56 etc.. I can go on for a lot longer, but i decided to halt it

if there is a mistake in the hand, its the super tiny flop reraise, thats wayy too small of a reraise, it's practiacally meaningless since its +EV for almost anything to continue (including a hand like 45s) - anyone who wants to call gets 4.3:1 on a call, they are never making a mistake by peeling here

yes I think I should def have reraised preflop, I think it's a mistake not to 4b, peeling is fine but not with a fish in the hand who overcall
