hmm, i think the board texture hit villain's flat 3bet range quite often esp we dont cbet to define his range
thought process to reraise the turn? looks like we are best 50-50 and rarely fold out better hands

Sure, but the question is if you can fold those out with a turn raise. If they have a bit with their FD they might still go with it and then you'll end up losing a stack to a pair of nines which would suck even more.

just bet the flop smallish until you have a reason to not bet.

as played turn is whatever, im probably calling though.
