i think this line looks strong in the sense that not its very hard for you to have air on the river and not many players are capable of turning hands into a bluff at this limit.

you are repping quite narrow here though. i would only expect someone to show up with only 98 for value in this spot since checking back the turn with a fullhouse when the flush draw hits seems terribad.

Looks terrible
You only rep 98 or extremely rare 88.
Villain can easily have boat.
NF is probably not folding.

Other hands in his range will be reluctant to bluff (AA beats 2prs, lot of straights got there reducing his bluff combos).

well after analize with my friend i also think its kinda terrible, specialy often times i raise flop with T9 depend how strong it is. On the other hand i kinda need to turn value hand into bluff here so its hard for him to call anything but boat here i think. As i agree with the thing no many players would turn this into a bluff. On the other hand i cant think about a hand in his range what i beat.

Also i think if i call flop with T9 i would also check behind this turn, i know already from my friend it would be terrible but i just think many times he would just c/f this turn and only hand i would get value from its nut fd or sth like this.

Well still just lucky he folded.

this isn't a terrible move at all, you just can't be doing it in a vacuum. you almost never have air by the river so when you jam, you either have 98 or better or are turning a made hand into a bluff. if you are against a fish, yes this would be a terrible bluff. if you are against a thinking opponent and have a solid image, it should be pretty hard for him to look you up with less than a boat. not to mention when he does have a boat, he is usually just going to bet turn, bet river anyway.
