Bugbear is HORRIBLE, like.... I would call this allin without even getting pot odds, like he cant read his cards (he c/c TT78 on AQ5 in a 3 bet pot).

Ktheking is loose but not completely horrible.

Note: I Kinda regret 3betting this hand because of how bad Bugbear is, but he cold called so I lucked out.

Should I be scared?

I feel like his hands here are either 'traps' (it's not really a trap, just impossible to valueraise A7 here for instance) or wraps. I call deciding that I will jam if turn brings a fd and he checks again, because I might get a call from a wrap and possibly fold valuehands that beat me currently.

seems fine, you are getting insane potodds on the flop and its not like KtheKing is really repping a lot of strength. and you have position for the dry sidepot where he figures to be playing straightforward.
