probably call (it's 186 total right, not 68+186?). his raise really looks FOS to me because what is he raising on turn that he'd flatcall on flop? but the problem with shoving is that almost every draw (+ a bunch of combos of pair+draws) has you beat, and it's quite possible he's not folding any of those.
could make an argument for jamming too though

Agree 100% with bigredhoss.
Since villain should never have a set or 2 pair here I'd probably lead shove all board-pairing rivers + non-diamond fives. Always shove when we hit as well. I'm too tired to count stacks but you seem to have enough behind that he can fold for instance A6hh on a river 8.
