If you misread suits... get a good card mod, or at least enable 4 color suits.

I misread suits on board, thought it was 2 spades and that this was .5/1

Let's assume board was JT2ss
180 deep, normal aces bet/fold (as i told you few times already)
But AA+ nut GD is still behind. I think best line is to just call, fold turn that makes flush or 9 or 8.
Front shove brick turns or if you hit.

If board pairs on the turn idk what is better, probably checking.

If flush hits and turn goes ck/ck i would bluff rivers that bring straights (or if turn brought many straights and flush, id bluff river too).

If river is disconnected I would not bluff without suit blocker (not saying As, could be Ks or even weaker)
That way I split my mediocre/weak range into bluffing and non-bluffing rang. Having suit blocker further increases bluff success probability.
