I don't think you can sell a jack here given how deep you are, I think he would've expected you to raise earlier especially given how small his bets were. All you rep by raising is 66 really, imo. Wouldn't do it. Calling might be okay but it looks so valuey so fold is best unless you think he's mindgaming you. |

yeah he might think he induces a bluff with the weakish sizing and since im not raising earlier river raise would not be the best plan i guess .. i folded

That would be a terrible spot to turn your hand into a bluff, even if he would fold all his thin value hands (which he probably wont) his value range is still uncapped and contains a bunch of trips and better roughly half the time hes vbetting. Your value range is much thinner by calling pre and not raising flop/turn. So ideally to turn your hand into a bluff you want to either be able to rep a lot of nutted hands or him not being able to have them, here you have neither. If you think he will barrel a lot you have a pretty easy call considering all broadways,BD FDs and BD straight and gutters bricked and we are getting good odds (I know some players would never bluff here like this but we dont really know that about him) |
