then i cbet turn because i still have fd and overcard and i would fold out 9x and fd.

which makes me river bet incorrect becuase all the hands i beat would have folded to my turn bet.

you have just 2nd pair and Q kicker in this spot.
fold pre flop your hand. you are burning money.
try to avoid playing touugh hands out of position.

Just read OP post... fold vs very tight opening range, but vs wider defend is good (againt minraise)

You have OE and overcard. I think check/raise is better play, then bluff on diamonds, value bet straight and probably Q
