maybe at 100 this is bad turn play but not sure in more aggro games. I wouldn't expect him to show up with a set hardly ever so river bet seem std.
Ranges are probably more narrow 250bb deep here whereas lot of really good players will have wider turn c/r range especially if they know you have good tendency to bet turn when checked to in 3b pot on coordinated board.
I think without history that prob shouldn't be b/f this turn as villian when you choose to bet/choose to bet that specific size which in his mind def feels like he is inducing but nits are nits and trick yourself into think u induce easy way to get stacked
