i would say never flat river and never fold to 3b because of the odds you're getting (and every straight draw missed, and villain is prob kind of bad, and not much beats you!)

could consider just shoving river yourself, it's not that much of an overbet and you don't rep a lot.

yeah a reshove is exactly 100% shove and i agree always reshove river here at 10nl
