Given all the blockers and the likely hood of him just being full of shit I vote for call call. He's got the perfect amount for a river bluff as well.

guy almost never has 77 or 99 when you combine him flatting flop and us having both a 9 and a 7. i think calling is the best play cause i expect him to fire off most rivers
