So fucking tilted, last 400 hands of session I lost every single 3bet+ pot and everytime they did the 'flat call with random pair, turn trips, get it in dead' so I "ran above EV"

So unreal tilting to go from +8 buyins to +1, much worse than losing 8.

So funny that I'm way more tilted by this than any other session this month where I just ran bad the entire time.

/end whine, time to go eat dinner or something

learn to just live with your bankroll at whatever it is, no matter how it got to the point its at.

you probably feel bad you didnt quit at your peak (8 bi) but it'd be silly to suggest that conversely, at that point, you wouldve felt bad for not quitting when you were up +4 bi. it's all results orientedness and the sooner u rid yourself of those regrets and attachments the better off youll be. gl!

I know, I dont feel nearly as bad about losing money anymore, but I'm still having trouble with winning tilt =[

Plus, stupid 30 buyin below EV month is getting me down =.=

Having lost poker forever I feel so foolish for having tilted away so much money. At the time I truly didn't feel that tilting away a few hundred dollars, even a few thousand, was that big of a deal. Now, I cannot even spend a few hundred dollars on things I want because I can't really afford it. I sometimes think of the very valuable money I could have now that I never will bc of tilt.

Now I really am a busto. Thanks FTP.
