2 part q:
1) Preflop. 3bettor is not super loose or anything, but UTG has a pretty wide range (hes a reg but >20% utg)
2) PFR INSTA called the bet, not sure what to make of that except I doubt he has a strong draw... Should I slowplay?

Yeah but I have a hard time thinking of a hand that can call a c/r that would snapcall, he'd at least consider a raise! Anyway, Im a wimp so I ofc c/r:ed and ogt it in vs the 100bb stack vs J789 or some such. |

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same | |

also the EV of winning the pot without showdown is HUGE, its much more profitable in terms of EV of winning the pot without showodwn vs having to play your equity.
No way in hell you can have a 80bb+ EV vs any range |

Oh of course, but I think he jams those himself before it gets to me. But you have a point in that winning pot right there is probably better than anything I can hope to get in vs unless I'm super coolering him and in that case it goes in anyway. |

Board is extremely connected. I'd never slowplay here - 2/3 of turns change the texture significantly.
MP has some kind of draw
UTG can easily have just AA and he won't fold because he's 100bb deep and pot is big already
Shoving now is much better than calling. |

What about if utg was 200+ too? I generally am very very very tight with cold calling 3bets, esp oop, and I've been wondering if I'm being a bit too tight. Having an A myself, coupled with loose UTG range means I don't get 4bet very often --- I think probably less than 10% of the time given propensity for UTG1 to also have an Ace and my position. |

And what is the thought process that led you to this conclusion?
I'd never fold that unless UTG or MP had very tight ranges. |
