How come you decided not to raise the turn? I'm not sure what you thought he had but if you thought 9's were still ahead I don't know how you get more money if he misses on the river.

he's a total unknown, first hand vs the guy he might very well have a better hand and he will never fold it here, raising could def be good if I was sure he was full of shit

he has immediate odds to call there. raising turn turns your hand into a semi bluff that rarely ever folds out better, and it'd be too thin for value. if he's bluffing air you also want him to continue bluffing with that air

also relevant in the 3b pot dichotomy is that you reverse dominate AK when he rivers a K and stacks off on that card

villian bluffs like 70% of rivers... especially any over
