I pot it right here. Looks like you're trying to fold out his pp's with a busted draw/a-high or some crap.

Against a reg I overbet, against this guy who would have no idea what of ranges or what an overbet reps I'd just go near pot.

Researchers used brain scans to show that when straight men looked at pictures of women in bikinis, areas of the brain that normally light up in anticipation of using tools, like spanners and screwdrivers, were activated.

And I'd bet flop and turn a little bigger. You can even try a value overbet on this turn cos he never ever folds an oesd or flush draw let alone a pair with a gutty plus. Super value in going silly on the turn.

yea this is pretty much exactly what i was thinking. although i think some regs are sophisticated enough to know that a big bet doesn't have to be ultra-polarized on this board so i would just bet near-pot vs some regs too

fish just don't bluff these spots (and if they do we would already have a read)

make the beg so big it is snapfold when they raise, don't make bets where you can lever urself

if you're betting with the intention of folding to a raise then him raising shouldn't be that frequent of a happening. and hence you should size it looking for the highest number he will call with worse, not the smallest he will avoid raising with worse.

alternatively, size it the biggest he will raise with worse and do a bet/call

you cant possibly fold the river for a min raise vs a 51 vpip drooler... thats completley insane

51 vpip drooler with 1.1 af. with 5 pfr
the kind of fish extremely passive who just never bluff this spot.
come on please ...

to be fair i was assuming a raise meant shove or something close to that, not minraise. minraise still seems like puke spot to me tbh.

i dont disagree w/call for the minraise i guess i just feel it's more of a sigh potodds call i.e. i think we're good less than half the time. maybe i should slightly re-calibrate my assumptions for this spot.

are you (at least) calling 100% of your river vbet range tom?

i probably just flip a coin on the river when he raises tbh. can't really see myself folding but have no idea what the hell he'd be raising with

shoving here as a bluff at 50NL is like explaning calcalus to a 6 month old cat wtf are you thinking - TalentedTom
