Literally stacked him the hand before this. Never folding vs. his style and the fact that he'd bluff this exactly the same way as he would play it with a 4.

Potentially could have 4-bet PF but against this villain I think it benefits me less given he's bad enough to pay off in spots with way less variance/uncertainty.

4bet for sure.
bad villain, presumably wide 3betting range (given that you minraise PF).
It benefits you more to put in way more money PF with good equity advantage.

Also make note that hes potting with good hands on paired boards

Perhaps, but all that really does is set up a gamble. A gamble that is in my favour to be sure, but that isn't necessarily the best way to take money from a player this bad. He hangs himself so often why give him a likely 40% equity for stacks?
