Planing to check/raise turn because I thought he wouldn't call with a Q anymore cause he is a huge nit. Great thoughts?

But, I knew he had a Q 80% of the time and only QX hand I would get it all in vs was AQ... And if I check/raise I get it in anyways. By checking turn I can make him think I bluff river and he might call with QJ or QK...

I 100% disagree with this assessment

Usually I do it that way, this hand is a huge exception, that's why I posted it. So would you check/raise, bet, bet?
