he almost never has a hand that is strong enough to call a CR here esp since he checked the flop IP + you have both the AcQc. If you CC turn you win a bluff on the river a HUGE % of the time - As played your basically hoping he has 77-99 (since 66 always bets the flop) which is an incredibly small range, where was its about 5-10x more likely (hand combo wise) he can have AQ, KQ, QJ, 78s JTs etc..
