Another thing.
There is a difference between somebody's "true" unknown to you 3bet frequency and what HUD 3bet stat tells you.
Simple example: if somebody 3bet you 2/2 times for 100% frequency, it doesn't mean his true 3bet is 100%
True frequency is difficult to estimate, but i would use average frequency of player pool as the basis and then adjust based on observed frequency.
For example if (assuming) that 3bet frequency of avg played is 8%, and that 50/35 donk has 25% 3bet in 100 hands, id say his true 3bet is probably closer to 17%. |

The looser/tighter someone is tho, the quicker it should converge right...?
IE someone playing 100 vpip is going to be obvious somewhat quickly....
Also, Im not sure, but does it really make sense to compare outliers on either side to the average guys? Shouldn't it be more accurate to compare someone to their relative sub-species or whatever you wanna refer to them as... |
