Is the check on the turn, since you think he'll shove on almost all rivers that don't give him the straight? |

good river shoving range spot, prob not many people protecting their range on the river here vs bet/check/bet range. |

if i was gonna call this river (and most rivers), i'd just bet/call the turn |

well villian is a fish, longple is just getting value from all his floats on the river, and if longple jams river he probably gets looked up by almost all pairs. It's not like he needs to bet turn for protection because the fish would have an extremely wide floating range i'd imagine. And the fish could hit a 6 or 8 on the river then get value towned by longple as well. |

im saying i wouldn't feel too comfortable calling a PSB on *this* river cuz what does villain rly have that missed?
89ss, J8ss, J9ss, QJss ... i dont see too many others since we have Ks and A hi fd probly c/r the flop... this 7 river makes villain a pair so much he won't need to bluff.
also .. this turn villain will likely c/shove all his weaker fd's that u r trying to get value from on the river after they miss by chking the turn. |

I c, well i normally put random air in a fish's range for calling the flop as well, but i usually bet the flop smaller ($100) then then barrel turn. When i bet smaller on the flop the fish will usually be floating really really wide and can make them misplay hands a lot more on the turn when we barrel.
