this river bluff is irrational , you have the best hand ~50% of the time, check calling is better then this

3B pre to get initiative/value right pal?

As played I can't really check raise flop as KK JJ shouldn't be in my range, his stats are from NL50 from 2010 so I guess he can hand read to some extent.
He was raising so wide and with my equity folding seems bad too so flat flop?

RVR: so many draws missed, I guess I won't fold out Jx or even 88-TT much so bet is kinda dumb so c/f or c/c?
Would check raise be reasonable here?

EDIT: Ye realized that Tom I guess I have to think at the table

Ty for the advice Tom, I'm tilted today but will go to the gym and rip it to shreds later and tomorrow. BR at $650 still make unnecessary mistakes at NL25 cause under rolled, I guess I will just bumhunt there and keep putting large volumes at NL5 NL10. NL25.

It's hard for me to be on my A game with working full time, I think if you want to build a steady roll you need more than that when playing semi-tilted all the time
