villain doesn't seem to like to give up hands. no really weird stats
is this good or bad and why?

meh, from villains perspective this really looks like a wtf line imo. If he's half decent the fact that he gives up hands shouldn't really matter as he probably figures out this is a strange line to get value.
The problem I see with this is that he will fold anything that we beat already like random bluffs (and why not let him fire again on river in that case) but calls with most hands that have us crushed. I certainly wouldn't fold 88 here for example but dunno what he would do. I would prefer this more with a decent flushdraw, in that case if we get called we have outs
