the guy was pretty passive, a 36/6 with a 9% CR, would you guys rather call and call ott if given the right odds?? or just gii otf?

I think cold4bet / calling flop is lighting money on fire. Think about it, what does V2 c/r 3-way that will fold to a raise? At this limit? Almost certainly nothing.

I would start by calling the flop 3bet (if I don't want to fold). That will either invite V1 in, increasing your implied odds (he's getting a great price to call if he has anything), or he'll fold (judging by the fact that he c-bet small into 2 people and is faced with aggression).

If V1 was a good handreader, I'd hate calling because he could push you out of the pot and play it HU vs V2. Then, no matter how gross it looks, I'd lean towards C/folding. OTF.

My favourite line is Bet/Fold. I bet, you fold.

Another plan would be to 4bet smaller, with a plan of 4b/folding (if vs V2), or 4b/ getting it in vs both villains.
