When he shoves I guess you have to call with outs against 2pair. Prolly bet call then but don't be tilted when he shows you AT or something, I know he folds only 33% but it will depend on how wide he opens from MP and if you 3bet him before, the more hands he calls the more comfortable the bet call is but I don't rly see any other options cause by checking you lose value from pair+draw hands that will call turn a lot more than river 93% Sure!
