I would just fold. Gambition most probably has the NFD + some gutshot or open ender, maybe some pair too. You can ship and play for $67.14 side pot and some 5-8% equity for the main pot, but it's not worth it imo. I don't know the players, but I don't think Iloveyz would ever do this as a bluff (blockers or sth).
