During the WSOP, there is few news in the pokerworld. The news that does get out, tends to get overrun by WSOP-news. During the past few days, ESPN and Harrah's Entertainment have released their schedules for the TV-broadcast of the WSOP and the WSOP-Circuit events.
WSOP TV-schedule
<img align="right" src=http://www.liquidpoker.net/staff/Pindarots/Juli08/espnwsop.jpg style=margin:5px; border: 0px solid black;>The Main Event has come to a break and in the next 117 days (or actually 116 now) ESPN will be broadcasting some of the events of the past World Series of Poker. Every Tuesday night will be packed with intense poker action, starting from July 22.
The main event ($10,000 buy-in) is scheduled to be broadcasted from September 2nd until October 28th. But make sure you notice that from September 9th onwards, they will start at 9 PM till 11 PM instead of 8 PM untill 10 PM.
This is the first time in the history of World Series of Poker when no one will know the results of the main event when the first episodes hit the TV screen - all this due to WSOP ME final table being postponed till November 9th! To hype it a bit, there's a special final-table Preview Show at November 4th and the final table will be broadcast on November 11th, 2 days after it has been played. For those who can't get ESPN on their TV's, the events will be on www.pokertube.com the day after it's been broadcast.
