If you doubt your abilities then I would definitely be looking to pay someone else to do it, thats what I did. The professional stereo installation places where I live quoted me ~$800 just for labor. Being a lexus will probably make it more expensive. Luckily I found a random guy to do all the cutting and grinding for $100, that was the hard part. Actually installing it is easy once you find a manual on how to remove your car stereo.

If you really want to do this, I would find instructions on how to remove your stereo, since that will include how to dismount the faceplate. Get the bezel removed, examine it, and start brainstorming ideas on how you would lay a tablet in there. Thats where you'll want to find someone who can grind all that shit away without compromising the integrity of the bezel. Then buy a spare bezel as your guinea pig so you can keep your factory one as a spare if things go wrong.
